Nishigaki fruit pickers are ideal as a long reach cut and hold pruner/secateur with single hand operation. They have holding inserts attached to the jaws allowing them to hold the fruit till you release the hand grip, this makes the pickers suitable for harvesting taller trees without using a ladder.

The holding action also makes them ideal for flower picking (particularly the 0.6 metre option).
